AT&T Samsung Rugby Smart Gets Pictured, Full Specs Still Not Available

 This is not the first time Samsung Rugby Smart will be described, but this is the first time he got the name attached to it. Formerly known as the Samsung SGH-I847, the handset should be launched on February 18 via AT & T.
