A source claims that the next installment in the long-running series of
Assassin's Creed from Ubisoft will take place during the period of the history
of the American Revolution, although it is unclear whether the main character
will be completely revolutionary.

The source, who claims to have the
knowledge of the development process for video games, has told CVG that the
French publisher aims to provide a first look at the next Assassin's Creed at
some point before the end of the current fiscal year, which means before March
31.
Ubisoft has put a poll that asks fans to tell the franchise
development team when they want to see the next game in progress and the
American Revolution is one of the options offered.

universe Eden also stated that Apple is now in the hands of George Washington,
the man who led the troops of the newly independent United States of America
during their battle against the British.
A piece of downloadable content
released for Assassin's Creed is: Brotherhood, called Da Vinci Disappearance,
also has a number of coordinate points to New York as a possible destination for
the series.
Ubisoft has promised that the next Assassin's Creed video
game will wrap the core story of the franchise and will give gamers all the
answers they longed for since the first game, starring Altair launched.
The company also promised that it would be the largest in the gaming
world seen in the series and it seems that the main character will no longer
Ezio.
It is unclear whether the move into the era of the American
Revolution will also mean a big change for the core mechanics of the series,
despite the move towards a more dominated combat firearms can not be avoided.
An official announcement from Ubisoft will definitely happen before the
E3 show in June 2012.
